All orders are processed and shipped from Canada within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that during peak sales periods, there may be slight delays due to a higher volume of orders.

Orders typically arrive within 1-7 business days in Canada and 7-business days across Canada. While we aim for prompt delivery, please note that the final delivery is managed by our shipping partners. We encourage you to track your order and reach out to the carrier directly for any delays.

Note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

Lost Packages

Delivery is handled by the shipping carrier, and we cannot expedite the process. Shipping times are estimates, and Sado Cha is not responsible for delays. Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the event your package is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement order or a refund if a replacement is not possible. However, we are not liable for any additional compensation, as once the package has been shipped, it is beyond our control.
